We present our new CNC service center for partial processing of steel sheet and profiles.

PREFABRICATION OF CUSTOMIZED BEAMS
If your project requires special or non-commercial beams, our unique automated beam prefabrication line allows us to offer custom beams up to 2.5m in height for use in bridges and other long-span structures.
PERFORATED CUTTING AND MARKING OF PROFILES
We have shearing, sawing, punching, drilling, stamping and numerical control milling machines to process H/I/L/L/T profiles and rectangular pipes up to 1.2m high with the best control and precision specifications.
SHEET CUTTING, PUNCHING AND MARKING
Shearing (16mm), plasma (38mm) and oxy-cutting (76mm) services are complemented by numerical control punching, drilling and stamping services for sheets up to 12m x 3m.
SHEET ROLLING
By means of fully automated machinery, we can bend sheet up to 38mm x 3.0m long in straight and tapered sections.
PROFILE BENDING
The bending of structural profiles type H/I/L/L/T and all types of pipes is carried out by means of the most advanced machinery available in Colombia to perform this type of work, ranging from gantries for roofs to the construction of reinforcements for tunnels.
AUTOMATIC SHOT BLASTING OF PROFILES AND SHEETS
Our automatic profile and film cleaning system allows you to achieve the required degree of cleanliness and anchor profile on profiles up to 1.2m x 0.8m.
